Samuel Gary & Associates records 5.12% decrease in production in August 2021

Samuel Gary & Associates recorded a decrease of 5.12% in total oil and gas production to 2,115.45 boe/d in August 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

The oil and gas production of Samuel Gary & Associates grew 25.54% in August 2021 from 1,685.03 boe/d in August 2020.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 9.95% from the same period in 2020.

The company’s oil production declined 0.81% to 1,362.6 bd in August 2021 from the previous month, while gas production declined by 11.9% to 4.37 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production decreased by 4.61% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production rose by 53.32%. Out of the total oil and gas production in August 2021, oil production held a 64.41% share, while gas production held a 35.62% share.


Looking at the states where Samuel Gary & Associates recorded the highest oil and gas production in August 2021, Kansas figured at the top, accounting for a 90.75% share. The company produced 1,108.99 boe/d in the state in August 2021, an increase of 2.98% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 8,860.46 boe/d in Kansas in 2021, recording a decrease of 42.41% from the same period in 2020.



Samuel Gary & Associates witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Cameron county in August 2021. Out of all the counties, Cameron county held a share of 47.58% for the firm. The company produced 1,006.46 boe/d in Cameron county in August 2021, a decrease of 12.68% in production when compared with the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the county produced 8,056.46 boe/d for the company in 2021, a 56.75% increase from the same period in 2020.
