Santo Petroleum recorded an increase of 0.39% in total oil and gas production to 397.86 boe/d in December 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

The oil and gas production of Santo Petroleum declined 61.3% in December 2021 from 1,027.98 boe/d in December 2020.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 6.65% from the same period in 2020.

The company’s oil production declined 0.75% to 339.35 bd in December 2021 from the previous month, while gas production up by 6.25% to 0.34 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 7.8% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production rose by 1.88%. Out of the total oil and gas production in December 2021, oil production held an 85.29% share, while gas production held a 14.73% share.


Looking at the states where Santo Petroleum recorded the highest oil and gas production in December 2021, New Mexico figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 397.86 boe/d in the state in December 2021, an increase of 0.39% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 6,441.17 boe/d in New Mexico in 2021, recording an increase of 6.65% from the same period in 2020.



Santo Petroleum witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Lea county in December 2021. Out of all the counties, Lea county held a share of 100% for the firm. The company produced 397.86 boe/d in Lea county in December 2021, an increase of 0.39% in production when compared with the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the county produced 6,441.17 boe/d for the company in 2021, a 6.65% increase from the same period in 2020.
