Sharp Image Energy records 8.15% increase in production in February 2022

Sharp Image Energy recorded an increase of 8.15% in total oil and gas production to 812.61 boe/d in February 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

The oil and gas production of Sharp Image Energy declined 3.17% in February 2022 from 839.17 boe/d in February 2021.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production decreased by 10.71% from the same period in 2021.

The company’s oil production grew 8.02% to 788.67 bd in February 2022 from the previous month, while gas production up by 16.67% to 0.14 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production decreased by 10.67% in 2022 when compared with the same period in 2021, while gas production declined by 13.33%. Out of the total oil and gas production in February 2022, oil production held a 97.05% share, while gas production held a 2.97% share.

Looking at the states where Sharp Image Energy recorded the highest oil and gas production in February 2022, Texas figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 812.61 boe/d in the state in February 2022, an increase of 8.15% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 1,563.96 boe/d in Texas in 2022, recording a decrease of 10.71% from the same period in 2021.
