Sirikit Conventional Oil Field, Thailand

Sirikit is a producing conventional oil field located onshore Thailand and is operated by PTTEP Siam. The field is located in block S1.

Production from Sirikit

The Sirikit conventional oil field recovered 71.68% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2013. The peak production was approximately 32.9 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 50 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2064. The field currently accounts for approximately 5% of the country’s daily output.


Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 163.45 Mmboe, comprised of 123.03 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 242.48 bcf of natural gas reserves. Sirikit conventional oil field reserves accounts 0.04% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional oil fields globally.
