Toucan is a producing conventional gas field located in shallow water in Trinidad and Tobago and is operated by EOG Resources Trinidad Block 4(a) Unlimited. The field is located in block Block 4 (a), with water depth of 1,641 feet.

Production from Toucan

The Toucan conventional gas field recovered 61.62% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2013. The peak production was approximately 158 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2045. The field currently accounts for approximately 2% of the country’s daily output.


Remaining recoverable reserves
