Production from Urengoyskoye (Samburgsky)
The Urengoyskoye (Samburgsky) conventional gas field recovered 24.11% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production expected in 2023. The peak production will approximately 173.91 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 2,548 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2075. The field currently accounts for approximately 2% of the country’s daily output.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 3,298.18 Mmboe, comprised of 958.84 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 14,035.98 bcf of natural gas reserves. Urengoyskoye (Samburgsky) conventional gas field reserves accounts 1.12% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
