Urengoyskoye (Samburgsky) is a producing conventional gas field located onshore Russia and is operated by Arctic Gas. The field is located in block Yevo-Yakhinsky and Samburgsky.

Production from Urengoyskoye (Samburgsky)

The Urengoyskoye (Samburgsky) conventional gas field recovered 19.88% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production expected in 2023. The peak production will approximately 173.98 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 2,548 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2074. The field currently accounts for approximately 2% of the country’s daily output.

Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 3,476.98 Mmboe, comprised of 1,012.14 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 14,788.96 bcf of natural gas reserves. Urengoyskoye (Samburgsky) conventional gas field reserves accounts 1.13% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
