Genesis Energy has sold its Powder River Basin (PRB) midstream assets in the US to Silver Creek Midstream for $300m.

The acquisition also includes associated crude oil gathering systems and facility assets.

Both companies involved in the transaction are US-based midstream energy companies.

The acquisition allows Silver Creek to provide premium crude takeaway solutions to its customers, while expanding its presence in the PRB.

Echo Energy has agreed to conduct technical evaluation works at the Rio Salado block in Bolivia, under an agreement with Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB).

The work includes the interpretation and integration of three 2D seismic lines at the block, which is estimated to contain 1.75 trillion cubic feet of original gas in place.

Total and Adani Group have entered a deal to jointly develop multi-energy offerings in India.

The partners will develop liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminals, including Dhamra LNG on East coast, and collaborate on fuel retail activities in the country.

The collaboration aims to supply reliable, affordable and clean energy to the growing Indian consumers.

A retail network of 1,500 service stations will be built by a joint venture created by the partners, over a period of ten years.

The new stations will offer Total’s complete range of fuels, lubricants and a range of other products and services to the customers in India.
