The acquisition will allow Honeywell to offer advanced expertise in the recovery of high-value natural gas liquids (NGLs) from natural gas streams.

“This differentiated, highly advanced technology, allows our customers to meet stringent process guarantees, while their operations perform at a best-in-class level.”

The deployment of Ortloff technologies is expected to enable customers to maximise gas separation and achieve high operational flexibility and improved returns on their plant investments.

In addition, the acquisition will give Honeywell access to technologies for removing sulphur from refinery feedstocks.
