US-based investment company Riverstone Energy intends to sell oil and gas company Three Rivers Operating Company III for $205m.
Three Rivers was formed to carry out acquisition, exploitation and development in the Permian Basin of West Texas and south-east New Mexico.
The divestment is expected to be completed in April 2018.
Avangrid Renewables Holdings has agreed to sell natural gas storage company Enstor Gas to Amphora Gas Storage USA, a subsidiary of ArcLight Capital Partners.
Enstor Gas is the owner and operator of natural gas storage facilities located in the Gulf Coast and south-west regions of the US. The facilities have a total storage capacity of 88.5bcf and a net working gas storage capacity of 67.5bcf.
Avangrid Renewables Holdings is a subsidiary of diversified energy and utility company Avangrid, while ArcLight is a private equity firm.

PTT Public has signed an agreement to purchase an additional 9.54% stake in Thailand-based petrochemical and petroleum products provider IRPC Public from the Government Savings Bank for THB13bn ($439.26m).
PTT already owns a 38.51% stake in IRPC, while the new agreement will increase the stake to 45.05%.
Based in Thailand, PTT Public is a petroleum products distributor, while Government Savings Bank, also based in Thailand, is a provider of banking products and services.
The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of February and strengthen PTT’s petroleum business.

The company has appointed TD Securities and Blake, Cassels & Graydon as financial and legal advisors for the review.
