Atlas Growth Partners, LP, a subsidiary of Atlas Energy Group, LLC, has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the public offering of up to 100 million Class A and Class T common units for minimum and maximum gross proceeds of $1m and $1bn, respectively.

The proceeds from the offering are intended to compensate costs involved in the acquisition of oil and gas properties, as well as to pay the development and operational costs of its oil and gas properties.

Dominion Resources, Inc, an integrated gas and electric holding company, has agreed to issue 10.2 million shares in public offering for gross proceeds of $750m. Citigroup is the sole underwriter for the public offering.

The proceeds from the offering are intended to be used for general corporate purposes.

Parsley Energy, Inc, an oil and natural gas company based in the US, is offering 18.25 million Class A common shares, to raise $390.6m from the public, while underwriters can optionally subscribe within 30 days for an additional 2,737,500 shares. The offering was increased from the originally proposed 16 million shares to 18.25 million shares.

The proceeds from the offering are intended to be used for current and future asset acquisitions, including oil and gas, to meet corporate expenses, and to advance its capital programme.
