Western Gas Partners plans to dispose its midstream assets in Carbon and Emery counties, Utah, US.
The divestiture involves the sale of the 67-mile Helper gathering system in Carbon County, the 47-mile Clawson gathering system in Carbon and Emery counties, and three CO2 treating facilities with a capacity of 40,000mcfd.
Western Gas Partners has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse for the divestment of the assets through the bidding process.
PDC Energy has announced pricing for its planned private placement of 6.125% senior unsecured notes, due 2024.
The placement will raise $400m, which will be used by the company to partly fund the acquisition of two privately-held companies and for general corporate functions.
The offering is scheduled for completion on or before mid-September 2016.

Global Infrastructure Management (GIP), through its Global Infrastructure Partners III (GIP III) fund, and a group of its limited partner co-investors, has agreed to spend $4.26bn for the acquisition of 20% stake in Gas Natural SDG, from Repsol and Criteria CaixaCorp.
Each company will dispose 10% of its stake in Gas Natural SDG, which supplies gas and electricity to more than 23 million customers.
The transaction will result in the termination of the shareholders' agreement between la Caixa and Repsol regarding Gas Natural SDG.
Vantage Energy has filed an initial public offering (IPO) of common stock to raise up to $600m.
The company plans to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “VEI”.
The amount raised from the issue is intended to be used by Vantage Energy to repay Vantage I and Vantage II second lien term loans and outstanding borrowings under combined revolving credit facility, as well as for general corporate purposes.
