Caterpillar Inc, through its subsidiary Caterpillar Oil & Gas, has completed the acquisition of M2M Data Corporation.
M2M Data offers remote monitoring systems for oil and gas industrial applications.
The deal allows Caterpillar to expand its Cat Connect solutions.
Sanchez Production Partners LP (SPP) has completed the acquisition of a 50% interest in Carnero Gathering, LLC, from Sanchez Energy Corporation (Sanchez Energy).
The $44.4m-worth deal includes an initial payment of $37m and the assumption of $7.4m capital commitments.
Targa Resources Corp holds the remaining 50% stake in Carnero Gathering. The deal is anticipated to increase SPP’s midstream revenue.
PHI Group, Inc. has agreed to acquire a 50.9% interest in an undisclosed LPG distribution and service company in Southeast Asia.
Scheduled for completion by the end of December 2016 and no later than March 2017, the deal will enable PHI Group to expand its oil and gas portfolio.
Atlas Copco AB has completed the acquisition of Roxel Rental AS for an undisclosed purchase consideration.
Roxel Rental, a part of the Roxel Group, offers diesel and electric-powered compressors for the oil and gas industry.
Upon completion of the transaction, Roxel Rental will become a part of Atlas Copco’s Construction Technique business area and will allow Atlas Copco to provide its North Sea customers with specialty rental services from Norway.
Regal Petroleum plc, through its subsidiary Regal Petroleum Corporation (Ukraine) Limited, has agreed to acquire Prom-Enerho Produkt (PEP) from Interregional Pellet Company (IPC).
The deal implies a purchase consideration of $12.3m, which will be funded by Regal Petroleum using its cash balances in Unex Bank.
PEP holds 100% interest in the production licence of the Vasyschevskoye gas and condensate field, located in north-east Ukraine.
