Hunter Group ASA has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Dwellop AS for a purchase consideration of $21.79m, which will be funded through a combination of cash and equity.
Scheduled for completion by the end of this month, the transaction will allow Hunter Group to strengthen its service portfolio.
