Aerial and topographical surveying services provider Skeye BV has merged with topographic survey company Skycap UAS.

Both companies involved in the transaction are based in the Netherlands, and the merged entity will operate under the former’s name.

The two companies use unmanned aerial vehicles for providing topographical and aerial surveys to the oil and gas industry.

US-based investment holding company International Petroleum Holding B.V. has acquired 1.95% interest in Equus Petroleum plc for C$1.37m ($1.06m) transaction.

Equus Petroleum is oil and gas exploration and production firm based in the UK.

The transaction was completed by purchasing 5.5 million shares held by Polo Resources Limited.

Equus has an active presence in Kazakhstan through its subsidiary through its subsidiary, Kumkol Trans Service LLP.

Based in South Africa, Polo Resources is a natural resources investment company.
