YPF S.A. has agreed to acquire EOG Resources Netherlands B.V. from EOGI International and EOGI International Company for a purchase consideration of $4m.

The transaction will raise YPF’s stake in the blocks to 90% from the existing 46.8%, while allowing the company to expand its operations in Argentina.
SeaOwl Group has completed the acquisition of Ogas Solutions Group. The target company provides manpower services, engineering services and training services for the oil and gas industry.
The transaction allows SeaOwl to expand its service offerings and increase its market share in the area of oil and gas technical assistance.
