Pembina Pipeline is to increase the throughput capacity on its Peace and Northern pipelines in Canada by 55,000 barrels per day, as part of its natural gas liquids expansion.
The firm will install five new pump stations and upgrade five existing pump stations at an expected cost of $100m.
Northern NGL system will increase its 115,000bpd capacity to 170,000bpd once the expansion is complete.
