Dubai-based offshore support vessel company Topaz Energy and Marine is set to use the ABS Nautical Systems fleet management software to improve operations.
In order to plan for maintenance work, reduce downtime and costs associated with drydocking, Topaz will install ABS’s fleet management software suite on 58 of its core vessels.
The partnership between the two companies will provide further safeguards for the health and safety of their employees.
The comprehensive ABS Nautical Systems fleet management software offers easy-to-use suite of solutions and capabilities to help owners and operators reduce the risk of non-compliance.
Owners will also be able to increase uptime to improve the value of their assets, while streamlining workforce management for improved operating efficiency.
Topaz Energy and Marine chief executive officer René Kofod-Olsen said: "We took a substantial amount of time to select the correct fleet management system.
