Total has signed an agreement to extend its existing relationship as a supplier with power-generation equipment provider Aggreko to cover the whole of Europe.
Prior to the agreement, the relationship was limited to 17 countries, mainly across the Middle East and Africa.
Total supplies Aggreko with lubricants, petroleum products and associated services in these particular countries.
Under the agreement, the companies will form a technical collaboration to test and develop new innovative solutions in lube oil and fuels, allowing for partnership in wider geographies.
Aggreko noted that the agreement represents closer collaboration, innovation and future product and market development between the companies.
Total marketing and services president Momar Nguer said: “As a global energy group, positioned on the entire oil and gas chain, we want to offer Aggreko proximity and multi-energy solutions to best meet the different needs of their customers.”
