Orlen could sell a stake in its Lithuanian Refinery, Orlen Lietuva.
Orlen spokeswoman Beata Karpinska said the firm intends to enter into talks with Russian firms for the Mazeikiu refinery if they show interest, reports the Associated Press.
Orlen has not yet made a final decision on the matter, said Karpinska .
The refinery is suffering from logistical problems, according to the firm.
