Byco Petroleum Pakistan plans to operate the country’s largest oil refinery in the province of Baluchistan by December 2010 in order to meet increasing demand.

Byco CEO Amir Abbassciy told Bloomberg the refinery, worth $450m, is being assembled and will have a processing capacity of 120,000 barrels a day.
