Questar Transportation Services (QTS) and Applied LNG Technologies (ALT) will jointly explore new market opportunities for Rockies liquefied natural gas (LNG) in the US.
Under a memorandum of understanding, QTS and ALT will accelerate market expansion of LNG products and services in the Rockies, specifically in the transportation and manufacturing sectors.
The business framework is designed to increase net to the well prices for Rockies producers supplying gas to this new market.
QTS is a Questar Corporation company that provides natural gas midstream field services including gas gathering and processing, while ALT produces and markets LNG.
