The Integrum risk and compliance management system has user-definable risk templates (up to 10x10 matrix), user-definable terminology, weightings and categories, for all risk appetites. Users can select severity, likelihood, run the calculation and then raise controls. In controls, which re-evaluates using same matrix using inherent risk score, the system calculates value of the controls and applies a residual risk score based on controls.

The system can also raise CARs from risk assessments to ensure controls are applied and effective. It provides live registers in real time with the status of controls linked to CARs, controlled documents with automated reminders, reviews and escalations via email.

With the Integrum system, both general-purpose audits and management system audits or reviews can be scheduled and managed through centrally controlled audit templates. Auditors or reviewers can record non-conformances and utilize the corrective action workflow to manage the resolution of each non-conformance, providing automatic notifications to auditors when all issues are resolved.
