Established in 1999 as Team Project, TPJ offers a complete engineering service within the on- and offshore plant and equipment sectors.

A technically and economically competitive company, TPJ is ISO 9001:V2000 certified. Specialising in the fire fighting and oil and gas sectors, TPJ's main activities include - but are not limited to:

  • Project management
  • Feasibility studies
  • Piping and package design
  • Detail engineering
  • Intelligent 3D plant modelling
  • Hydraulic calculation
  • Product research and standardisation

Our projects are supported by the use of dedicated software packages such as AUTOCAD™, PRO/E™, SOLID WORKS™ and ESAPRO PIPING™.

PLANT AND PACKAGE DESIGN SERVICES

Starting from the concept and customer specification, TPJ can provide all design and documentation-based work for the construction and maintenance of a wide range of plant and package systems. The company is highly skilled in basic and detail engineering.

More specifically our basic engineering service provides the first feedback to customers regarding project feasibility, scheduling, specific agency approvals and cost impact. In contrast, our detail engineering work is oriented towards the realisation of the project. We deliver:

  • P&IDs and hook-up
  • Data sheets
  • 3D model
  • 2D general arrangement drawings
  • Piping layout
  • Isometric and detail drawing
  • Equipment drawings
  • Pressure drop calculation and pipe / pump sizing
  • Support design and details
  • MTO for all piping components
  • Handbooks

FIRE FIGHTING PROTECTION DESIGN AND ENEGINEERING

TPJ offers comprehensive plant and equipment design services for fire protection technology in on- and offshore facilities. We can be contracted to work on applications such as water / foam pumping stations, proportioning systems, deluge systems, twin agent packages, monitors and nozzles and gas extinguishing systems.

We also provide pressure drop and pipe sizing calculations for deluge and gas extinguishing systems, as well as detailed layout drawings for fire fighting systems in petrochemical plants.

We design whole plants and equipment that are capable of withstanding critical environmental conditions, such as seawater applications or installations subject to adverse weather areas. All our designs are compliant with international standards.

We have supplied design services for a wide range of equipment and plants, i.e.: foam storage tank, water / foam pumping stations, deluge systems, gas extinguishing systems, filtration skids, water / foam deluge valve skids, high-pressure pumping skids, CO2 skids, twin agent skids, mobile fire-fighting units and self-cleaning filters.

PRODUCT RESEARCH AND STANDARDISATION

We can perform R&D activities in order to develop new products or standardise existing product prototypes for our customers.

These activities address different issues relating to mechanical and piping equipment. Our research results can be presented as:

  • 3D parametric models
  • Detail drawings
  • Exploded views for handbooks and spare part lists
  • Stress analysis and material optimisation reports
