Vard Electro AS is own by Vard Holding, one of the major global designers and shipbuilders of offshore and specialized vessels. The company has nine shipbuilding facilities worldwide. These 18 new module carrier vessels will be built in Romania and Vietnam, with scheduled delivery between 3Q 2017 and 2Q 2018. These vessels will be operated in the Caspian Sea and in Russian waterways.
