Following the completion of a number of offshore wind projects in Taiwan, Geoquip Marine have mobilised the GMR302, their heave compensated geotechnical drill rig, onto the Normand Baltic.
The Normand Baltic is undertaking a large geotechnical campaign in Taiwan for a future offshore wind farm. With the Normand Baltic, Geoquip Marine now operates five geotechnical drilling spreads, of which four are deployed on offshore wind projects in Europe, the USA and South East Asia.
