Techzone Oilfield Engineering is an innovative engineering company specialising in custom-made oil and gas equipment and structural systems for offshore and land rigs. We have over 30 years of experience in oil and gas field equipment.

We manufacture twin cementing units, pumping units, high-pressure testing units, BOP closing units, HPU, and more, in line with DNV 2.7.1 certification. We provide structural calculations, Zone II modifications (ATEX), hardware supplies, and electrical and mechanical setup for slurrification and re-injection systems.

Zone 2 oil and gas equipment

Techzone has expertise in converting equipment to conform with the essential safety requirements of machinery (98/37/EC) and ATEX (94/9/EC) directive through meeting the requirements of ATEX 1999/92/EC European Classification (CENELEC) and international certification under BS EN 1834-1:2000.

Techzone is able to implement the latest technology, the 3GP™ system, in conjunction with the Pyroban explosion protection kit to give safe operation and certified, continuous running to all types of Zone 2 electronic or mechanical diesel engines.

Mobile workover mud pump unit

Techzone offers the MMWU-1 mobile workover mud pump unit from Vietsovpetro. It has a GE752 ARB1 series wound DC motor and a SPM WEIR THB 550 – 4in Triplex pump.

Steel structural design, certification and fabrication

Techzone supports several oil and gas service companies in Singapore through the design, certification and fabrication of steel structures to meet your equipment operation on-board offshore rigs. Our customers include Halliburton, MI-Swaco, NOV and many more.

Our scope of work includes fabricating steel structures, piping systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Our team of engineers, fabricators, welders, fitters, draftsmen and project co-ordinators provide engineering support in order to finish projects with the shortest deadline.
