Turning Waste to Value

By SAR

SAR was established in 1987 with the purpose of collecting and receiving hazardous waste.

Environmental advice and consulting has always been an important part of the company's activities. Over the past few years, SAR has grown extensively, and its business areas now comprise offshore and onshore activities internationally and along the Norwegian coast.

The development from a small local enterprise to a major player on the Norwegian continental shelf for treatment of drilling and hazardous waste has earned SAR major contracts with several international oil companies.

SAR headquarters is located in Stavanger, and the company has nine strategically located divisions at all major offshore bases along the Norwegian coast, in addition to offices and operations in India, Dubai, Kuwait, Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
