Resato was approached by one of the world's leading reservoir technology solutions providers to create an innovative new test bay to optimise the flow of the company's production processes, while complying with their project specifications and industry safety standards.

The Resato PPU is a containerised test bay solution that improved the efficiency of part movement through assembly.

In order to optimise the workflow, the mobile test bay contains a modified floor that allows a tugger to pull tools through the test bay.

Overall, the unit provides improved integration and efficiency during the assembly process.
