IT jobs claimed a 3% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2021, and recorded a 0.67% decline over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Henkel AGKGaA, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 52.08% in November 2021, and a 16.67% drop over October 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 27.08% in November 2021, and registered growth of 8.33%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 10.42% in November 2021, a 44.44% drop from October 2021.
North America drives IT hiring at Henkel AGKGaA
North America emerged as the leading region in the global oil & gas IT hiring activity in November 2021 with a 47.92% share, which marked a 53.33% rise over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 33.33%, registering a 30.43% month-on-month decline. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 10.42% share and a 61.54% drop over October 2021.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 6.25% and a month-on-month flat growth. Middle East & Africa stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 2.08%, registering an 83.33% drop over the previous month.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s oil & gas industry IT hiring activity with a 47.92% share in November 2021, a 76.92% growth over October 2021. Germany featured next with a 16.67% share, down 46.67% over the previous month. India recorded an 8.33% share, a decline of 55.56% compared with October 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Henkel AGKGaA IT hiring activity in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 45.83%, down by 31.25% from October 2021. Entry Level positions with a 31.25% share, a decline of 25% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 22.92% share, up 120% over October 2021.
