IT jobs claimed a 13.03% share in the company’s total hiring activity in September 2022, and recorded a 0.06% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Koch Industries IT hiring in September 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Koch Industries, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 41.63% in September 2022, and a 69.84% rise over August 2022, while Computer and Information Analysts claimed a share of 19.46% in September 2022, and registered a decline of 15.25%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 17.12% in September 2022, a 6.38% drop from August 2022.
North America drives IT hiring at Koch Industries
North America emerged as the leading region in the global oil & gas IT hiring activity in September 2022 with a 69.65% share, which marked a 9.82% rise over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 24.12%, registering an 82.35% month-on-month growth. Europe was the third leading region with a 5.84% share and an 114.29% rise over August 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 0.39% and a month-on-month flat growth.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s oil & gas industry IT hiring activity with a 66.15% share in September 2022, a 6.92% growth over August 2022. India featured next with a 21.79% share, up 115.38% over the previous month. Canada recorded a 1.95% share, an increase of 66.67% compared with August 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Koch Industries IT hiring activity in September 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 71.98%, up by 55.46% from August 2022. Mid Level positions with a 14.01% share, a decline of 14.29% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 14.01% share, down 14.29% over August 2022.
