Bayu Undan–Darwin is a 502km-long onshore, shallow water pipeline project operated by Santos . This gas pipeline, with a maximum diameter of 26 inches, starts at Timor Sea (Timor-Leste) and ends in Northern Territory (Australia).

The Bayu Undan–Darwin project started operations in 2005 and is owned by Santos, SK, Inpex , Eni , Tokyo Gas , Chubu Electric Power , and Tokyo Electric Power Co Holdings.


The Bayu Undan–Darwin project is associated with the 260km Barossa Gas Export.
