Dalit is a conventional gas development located in deepwater in Israel and is operated by Chevron. Discovered in 2009, Dalit lies in block I/13 Dalit, with water depth of around 4,500 feet.
The project is currently in approval stage and is expected to start commercial production in 2025.
Field participation details
The field is owned by Chevron, Isramco Negev 2, Mubadala Investment, Tamar Petroleum, Dor Gas Exploration Limited Partnership and Everest Infrastructures.
Production from Dalit
Production from the Dalit conventional gas development project is expected to begin in 2025 and is forecast to peak in 2025, to approximately 100 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2075.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 50.01 Mmboe, comprised of 300.07 bcf of natural gas reserves.
