Zhejiang Petrochemical operates the Dayushan Island refinery, which is located in Zhejiang, China. It is an integrated refinery owned by Zhejiang Rongsheng Holding Group, Tongkun Group, Jihua Group, and others. The refinery, which started operations in 2019, has an NCI of 12.53.
