In August 2022, Qatar and the UAE led the activity with one contract and a 50% share each of the downstream oil and gas contracts in Middle East. It saw a flat growth over the previous month’s total of one contract and a decrease of 50% when compared with the last 12 month-average of two contracts in Qatar.
Based on 12-month moving average of the contracts in the downstream segment of Middle East, Qatar took the top spot with two contracts, followed by Iraq and Saudi Arabia with one contract each.
