Good Hope Refineries records 4.86% increase in production in September 2021

Good Hope Refineries recorded an increase of 4.86% in total oil and gas production to 279.68 boe/d in September 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

The oil and gas production of Good Hope Refineries declined 2.19% in September 2021 from 285.94 boe/d in September 2020.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production decreased by 8.14% from the same period in 2020.

The company’s gas production up by 1.3% to 1.56 mmcf/d in September 2021 from the previous month. On a YTD basis, gas production declined by 8.66% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020. Out of the total oil and gas production in September 2021, gas production held a 96.17% share.

Looking at the states where Good Hope Refineries recorded the highest oil and gas production in September 2021, Texas figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 279.68 boe/d in the state in September 2021, an increase of 4.86% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 2,463.47 boe/d in Texas in 2021, recording a decrease of 8.14% from the same period in 2020.



Good Hope Refineries witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Zapata county in September 2021. Out of all the counties, Zapata county held a share of 72.06% for the firm. The company produced 201.55 boe/d in Zapata county in September 2021, an increase of 2.73% in production when compared with the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the county produced 1,781.39 boe/d for the company in 2021, a 3.76% decrease from the same period in 2020.
