Located in Louisiana in the US, the Lake Charles Import regasification terminal is operated by Lake Charles LNG. The terminal started operations in 1981 and is owned by Energy Transfer.


With a storage capacity of 0.19 million tons (Mt), the Lake Charles Import terminal currently has a regasification capacity of 657bcf/annum (billion cubic feet), which is expected remain the same as 657bcf/annum by 2030.
