Located in Alaska in the US, the Nikiski LNG liquefaction terminal is owned by Alaska Gasline Development and will be operated by Alaska Gasline Development, once it becomes operational in 2028.
The Nikiski LNG liquefaction terminal will source gas from the following fields – Point Thomson Unit and Prudhoe Bay Unit (Prudhoe Bay)
With three trains, Nikiski terminal will have an initial LNG production capacity of 20.1Mtpa (million tons per annum).
During the period 2021-2025, the Nikiski liquefaction plant is expected to witness an estimated capex of $7,403.5m.
