Production from Ajeel
The Ajeel conventional oil field recovered 60.46% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2013. The peak production was approximately 24.85 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2044.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 104.56 Mmboe, comprised of 20.34 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 505.34 bcf of natural gas reserves. Ajeel conventional oil field reserves accounts 0.02% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional oil fields globally.
