Production from Akpo (PSC)
The Akpo (PSC) conventional gas field recovered 69.64% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2015. The peak production was approximately 75.98 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 145.00 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2045. The field currently accounts for approximately 2% of the country’s daily output.
