Block B Gas Development is a conventional gas development located in shallow water in Vietnam and is operated by Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group. Production from the Block B Gas Development conventional gas development project is expected to begin in 2025 and is forecast to peak in 2044, to approximately 1,640 bpd of crude oil and condensate and 490 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2051.

Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 659.82 Mmboe, comprised of 13.03 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 3,880.76 bcf of natural gas reserves.
