Production from Gannet
The Gannet conventional gas field recovered 78.29% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 1995. The peak production was approximately 1.52 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 60.00 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2049. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 14.94 Mmboe, comprised of 1.77 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 79.01 bcf of natural gas reserves. Gannet conventional gas field reserves accounts 0.01% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
