Production from Nooros
The Nooros conventional gas field recovered 33.20% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2020. The peak production was approximately 10.80 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate, 1,200.00 Mmcfd of natural gas and 4.22 thousand bpd of natural gas liquids. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2070. The field currently accounts for approximately 10% of the country’s daily output.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 970.13 Mmboe, comprised of 32.07 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate, 5,572.62 bcf of natural gas reserves and 9.29 Mmbbl of natural gas liquid reserves. Nooros conventional gas field reserves accounts 0.33% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
