Paus Biru is a conventional gas development located in shallow water in Indonesia and is operated by Medco Energi Sampang. Production from Paus Biru
Production from the Paus Biru conventional gas development project is expected to begin in 2025 and is forecast to peak in 2025, to approximately 25 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2059.
Remaining recoverable reserves
The field is expected to recover 9.41 Mmboe, comprised of 56.45 bcf of natural gas reserves.
