Production from SK8

The SK8 conventional gas field recovered 95.28% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2007. The peak production was approximately 18.30 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate and 1,002 Mmcfd of liquid natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2028. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 30.76 Mmboe, comprised of 2.56 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 169.23 bcf of liquid natural gas reserves. SK8 conventional gas field reserves accounts 0.01% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
