Production from Soku

The Soku conventional gas field recovered 88.36% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2008. The peak production was approximately 25.05 thousand bpd of crude oil and condensate, 1,094.00 Mmcfd of natural gas and 30 Mmcfd of liquid natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2037. The field currently accounts for approximately 2% of the country’s daily output.

Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 121.21 Mmboe, comprised of 7.45 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 682.57 bcf of natural gas reserves. Soku conventional gas field reserves accounts 0.04% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
