Production from Yamburgskoye

The Yamburgskoye conventional gas field recovered 79.90% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 1992. The peak production was approximately 17,234.00 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2058. The field currently accounts for approximately 5% of the country’s daily output.

Remaining recoverable reserves

The field is expected to recover 6,355.84 Mmboe, comprised of 420.77 Mmbbl of crude oil & condensate and 35,610.38 bcf of natural gas reserves. Yamburgskoye conventional gas field reserves accounts 2.17% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
