Permian Express (Phase II) is a 537km-long onshore pipeline project operated by Permian Express Partners. This oil pipeline, with a maximum diameter of 24 inches, starts at Texas (the US) and ends in Texas (the US).

The Permian Express (Phase II) project started operations in 2015 and is owned by Energy Transfer and Exxon Mobil.


The Permian Express (Phase II) project is associated with the 965km West Texas Gulf, 611km Permian Express (Phase I) and 64km Midland–Garden City.
