Contracts in the petrochemicals oil and gas segment registered a decrease of 56% with a total of 12 contracts in September 2022, when compared with 27 contracts in the previous month, according to GlobalData’s oil and gas contracts database.

The activity marked a decrease of 52%, when compared with the last 12-month average of 25 contracts.

By comparing contracts related to the petrochemicals segment in different regions of the globe, Asia-Pacific held the top position with six contracts and a 50% share in September 2022, followed by North America and Middle East with three (25%) and two (17%) contracts, respectively.
