Point Energy Partners Petroleum records 10.36% decrease in production in July 2021

Point Energy Partners Petroleum recorded a decrease of 10.36% in total oil and gas production to 3,298.07 boe/d in July 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s USL48 database.

The oil and gas production of Point Energy Partners Petroleum declined 33.13% in July 2021 from 4,932.19 boe/d in July 2020.

On a YTD basis, the company’s total oil and gas production increased by 68.74% from the same period in 2020.

The company’s oil production declined 15.07% to 2,246.3 bd in July 2021 from the previous month, while gas production up by 1.67% to 6.1 mmcf/d. On a YTD basis, oil production increased by 51.42% in 2021 when compared with the same period in 2020, while gas production rose by 137.87%. Out of the total oil and gas production in July 2021, oil production held a 68.11% share, while gas production held a 31.89% share.

Looking at the states where Point Energy Partners Petroleum recorded the highest oil and gas production in July 2021, Texas figured at the top, accounting for a 100% share. The company produced 3,298.07 boe/d in the state in July 2021, a decrease of 10.36% from the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the company produced 23,883.49 boe/d in Texas in 2021, recording an increase of 68.74% from the same period in 2020.


Point Energy Partners Petroleum witnessed the highest oil and gas production in Ward county in July 2021. Out of all the counties, Ward county held a share of 100% for the firm. The company produced 3,298.07 boe/d in Ward county in July 2021, a decrease of 10.36% in production when compared with the previous month.

On a YTD basis, the county produced 23,883.49 boe/d for the company in 2021, a 68.74% increase from the same period in 2020.
