Production from Puguang

The Puguang conventional gas field recovered 26.05% of its total recoverable reserves, with peak production in 2013. The peak production was approximately 784 Mmcfd of natural gas. Based on economic assumptions, production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2083. The field currently accounts for approximately 1% of the country’s daily output.

The field is expected to recover 1,140.49 Mmboe, comprised of 6,842.9 bcf of natural gas reserves. Puguang conventional gas field reserves accounts 0.37% of total remaining reserves of producing conventional gas fields globally.
